Who We Are
The Commercial REO Brokers Association is an organization for those who do business within the distressed commercial real estate industry.  CREOBA provides education to its entire network, which includes agents and brokers as well as those in the lending servicing community.  CREOBA is also a place where all members can communicate with one another online and during networking dinners and events, which are held around the country on a monthly basis.

Why We Formed
The Commercial REO Brokers Association (CREOBA) was formed to assist banks and loan servicers with the sale of their foreclosed commercial properties through a network of highly qualified and trained agents and brokers throughout the United States.

What We Do
CREOBA's goal is to provide top-notch training on the critical details involved in property valuating and the selling of Commercial REO Assets through its nationally promoted training programs, to all members of the network.   We also provide quality networking opportunities in order to form new relationships, exchange information, share business strategies, and to stay well-connected and well informed in the distressed commercial asset community.
