Commercial CSS 101 - Short Sales
Short sales are the hot topic today in REO. And although you may be knowledgeable in traditional short sales, they are new to the commercial side, and handled differently. We begin with a general understanding of this type of the Commercial Short Sale transaction and then we'll break each lesson down to include the seller, the package, the price and property. This course is wrapped up with a lesson on how to find Commercial Short Sale properties in your area that can be sold in today's market.

Banking 101
This couse is intended to provide brokers with a broad overview and background of the banking industry in the United States. Banking 201
Community and Regional banks hold approximately 90% of all the commercial debt, which is either coming due for renewal or is already in a non-performing status. Due to this massive amount of inventory, banks are not capable of handling all of these assets themselves, and will need brokers to assit with the selling/leasing of their properties. This means more business for you, and we'll show you what you need to do to gain their business.
