Creoba Membership Options

CREOBA Membership Requirements:

There are three types of Membership

1. A Commercial Brokers with 5 years of recent experience.
2. REO Brokers with a Commercial department or a Commercial agent with 5 years experience that works for them. (TEAM MEMBERSHIP)
3. An REO Broker that will hire a Commercial Broker/Agent with the 5 years experience.
   (PROVISIONAL MEMBERSHIP must hire the Commercial Agent/Broker within 90 days and convert to a TEAM MEMBERSHIP)

PROVISIONAL MEMBERSHIP

During this 90 day provisional period, you can reserve your Service Area with 25 zip codes but you will NOT show up in the Asset Managers search screen. You will also NOT be included in our automatic broker database download to any REO Asset Management Company.

You may participate in our Members Only conference calls, webinars and you will have access to the message boards and our REO Quick Start training program.

If you are a residential agent with NO Commercial or REO experience, please Do Not apply.

Membership into CREOBA is by invitation only.

Please click "REGISTER NOW" and complete the online application.  At the end of the application you will be able to download our Request for Invitation Code Request and Payment Authorization form.

After you have completed the online application and faxed back the Request for Invitation Code and Payment Authorization form,  we will review your application.  Upon approval, we will email you an invitation code to join.  You can use that code to finalize the registration process and pay for your membership. 

Normally it only takes a few days, but the review process can take up to two weeks.
