Asset Management Companies:

Asset Mangers, please register in order to gain access to our database of Commercial REO Brokers. All information you provide will be strictly confidential. 

Upon your registration, I will personally contact you either by phone or email to verify that you are an Asset Manager.  This is for security purposes, and is to ensure that no one accesses our database who does not have permission.  This also helps us to prevent our membership database from receiving unwanted information.

Once the verification process is complete, you will be provided access to our members only area where you may search for brokers by specialty, city, state and/or zip codes.  You may also conduct your search via our map using the same functions.  If you would like to have access to our entire membership database please let us know so we may set you up to receive a direct download.

Again, your information will be keep in complete confidence.  Brokers will not have the ability to email you or call you, and will not have access to any other information you provide.  CREOBA would like to contact you, however, in regards to conferences that are held by our organization by sending you invitations to those events.  In order to do so, you will be placed on our Asset Management email list so that you may receive them.  If, at any time, you wish to remove yourself from our mailing list, you may do so by choosing to opt out of our database.
