"I have been in the residential REO Business for over three years now and built up a solid network of Banks and Servicers. In the Summer of 2009, I started my CCIM coursework and learned about CREOBA at the REOMAC Fall Conference in 2009 in Florida. I joined CREOBA in January 2010 after I attended the Distressed Commercial Asset Dinner Panel, put together by CREOBA in Los Angeles in January. At that dinner, I met someone from an asset management company and began building my relationship. Over the next few months, I attended several of CREOBA's Online Certification Courses on Commercial BPO's, Short Sales & Distressed Assets.
